Question 1

Do you offer 24/7 emergency drain unblocking in West Sussex?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We provide rapid-response emergency drain unblocking, blockage clearance and plumbing for domestic and commercial clients across Horsham, Crawley and West Sussex. Message us on WhatsApp and we will advise the safest next step and get an engineer on the way as soon as we can.

Question 2

Which areas do you cover for drainage and plumbing?

Accepted Answer

We are based in Faygate near Horsham and cover West Sussex plus Croydon, Brighton and Hove, and the KT, SM, ME, DA and BR postcode areas — Kingston, Sutton, Bromley, Dartford, Maidstone and surrounds. Edge of our patch? Message us and we will be honest about response times.

Question 3

Are you an insurance-approved drainage contractor?

Accepted Answer

Yes — Force Services Group is an insurance-approved contractor. Our CCTV drain surveys include clear footage and written reports suitable for insurers, surveyors and property records.

Question 4

What is a CCTV drain survey and when do I need one?

Accepted Answer

A CCTV drain survey pushes an HD camera through underground pipework without excavation to find blockages, cracks, root ingress and other defects. You need one for recurring blockages, pre-purchase checks, insurance claims or before major groundworks. You get footage, a clear report and cost-effective repair recommendations.

Question 5

Can you map unknown drainage layouts with CCTV?

Accepted Answer

Yes. CCTV drain mapping traces pipe routes, connections and depths so you get a usable plan of the system — ideal before works, purchases or when records are missing across Horsham and West Sussex properties.

Question 6

Do you offer high-pressure drain jetting?

Accepted Answer

Yes. High-pressure water jetting is our primary method for clearing fat, scale, silt and stubborn blockages in domestic and commercial drains. We combine jetting with CCTV where needed so the pipe is clear and verified.

Question 7

Can you remove tree roots from blocked drains?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We use high-powered root cutting equipment to clear tree roots from drains, then recommend lasting repairs such as patch lining or excavation if the pipe is damaged.

Question 8

How does pricing work for drain unblocking and CCTV surveys?

Accepted Answer

We explain options and pricing clearly before work begins wherever practicable. Exact costs depend on access, pipe condition and what we find on site — but you will always know what we propose and why. Send a free quote request or message us on WhatsApp for a fast assessment.
